Pros

Admins made an effort for fun company events, free coffee and available snacks in the kitchen, very clean office, decent office security, most employees are quite nice

Cons

I was employed here for 3 years and was bullied from the start. Management was aware of the bullying, but was friendly with the perpetrators so nothing was done about it. I was once screamed at so loudly by one of the directors that someone in the office past the hall heard. A different director called me a rude name and hung up the phone on me because I tried to speak with them about the bullying. A couple of times, rude notes were left on my car. Daily office interactions were difficult because the bullies would spread rumors. I was not the only one being bullied by these people. Two other employees quit awhile before I did because of the bullying by these people. Three people before me were fired by being framed, or lied about by these people. I made sure to confirm these employee losses with the employees themselves and they all said similar things. All of the employees being bullied were part of the same demographic. The designers were often asked to work weekends but still forced to work a full day when work was slow. Creative feedback was sometimes very vague and occasionally poorly worded. Work was often very slow.

Inviso has a culture of accountability and support where we challenge our people to be their best. Our managers provide sincere and honest feedback (positive and constructive) as part of the company’s professional development commitment to our employees and our clients. It is our hope that constructive feedback enables our folks to grow professionally, but sometimes it can be taken the wrong way, which is what we think happened here. We must say as clear as we can that Inviso does not have a bullying culture – just the opposite. We are proud of our inclusive and diverse workplace, and of the positive and supportive work environment we have built, which we work hard to maintain.

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere. Great and fun people to work with. Great work life balance too.

Cons

Employees are treated as resources based on the projects. They don't have any choice to choose their areas of interest. Projects might be monotonous and boring.

Pros

If you want to float along in your career and not really have to worry about much, this is a great place to be. If you want to make something of your career, it's better to head somewhere else. - Layback culture - Nice people - Low pressure environment

Cons

- Limited/boring projects and you have no visibility to pipeline - Too dependent on a single client for work - People are treated like resources that can be replaced - Little management and lack leadership - Poor company communication
