      Exposure to the political system and good exposure of the Political structure

      Pathetic and inexperienced leadership, who are completely clueless about work. Not a place for professionals with self-dignity.

      National Election Perspective is something you would learn here , However Corporate has no value for the work you do @IPAC. However join as a tryout for some time , chill and leave

      No real work , All Gas work is done. You never know if the campaign u designed will ever see light of day

      There is a possibility of you making good connections, if you are interested in politics. You'll get a sneak peek into the workings of indian polity at the ground level

      Cons

      No work life balance. Supposed to work till the morning somedays. No Saturdays or Sundays are off. There is no job security. Can fire you anytime.
