Cons
Pandemic blame culture with bullying in the London office. No team effort, at least in the area I worked, all about destructive competition. Over the years has become more and more an American company with a continuous Atlantic power struggle. This has resulted in usually the US side winning and firing their competitors in the London Office. Pay absolutely bottom of the market with almost no benefits including no Pension. Obvious age discrimination. Hires young and cheap staff exclusively, also fresh (cheapest) immigrant labour. Zero R&D or creative opportunities – all that counts is how much ‘noise’ you make. Constant fire-fighting including the deliberate keeping of resource levels below that sufficient to service clients.
