    Great people and no fixed targets

    Employees were not trained in standard energy processed nor were these implemented, meaning more work for everyone to deal with.

    Pros

    Decent opportunities for progression and mostly a friendly place to work. A few great people are trying really hard to make the place work, its a shame they're not supported more.

    Cons

    As a business it cannot service its customers efficiently or anywhere near acceptably. This is mainly down to the MD frequently changing his mind and giving conflicting instructions. There is always a backlog of customer queries and it can be very demoralising trying to justify the company to its customers. The good opportunities for progressions can lead to the wrong individuals being promoted to team leaders, who often have their favourites and aren't very helpful to those on their team they don't like, which is very unprofessional. They also don't work very well with the other customer service teams, which again, is a detriment to customer service. The IT department is very out of their depth, having failed to get bills out on time two months in a row, as well as late on numerous other occasions. The culture is terrible, there's a lot of unprofessional behaviour and there are no values what so ever.

    Pros

    Can be fun. Pizza in the office sometimes. Decent location, good transport links and a town centre nearby so you’ve got plenty of choice for lunch.

    Cons

    Really unprofessional, I found one of the team leaders to be very unhelpful unless it was someone she liked. Almost went out of the way to make you feel uncomfortable sometimes. There was no HR when I was here either, so there was nobody to go to to voice your concerns, you just had to put up with it.

    Pros

    Flexible hours and friendly management. My supervisor was quite easy going and helpful.

    Cons

    No training provided. They expect you start from first day without giving much of a training.
