      Pros

The recruitment process is so easy and great, communication from day one was excellent. Iress care about you and your family The benefits at Iress are like no other company I have previously worked for Iress have a great flexible working policy allowing you to work from home 2 days per week. Senior Management welcome you and talk to you, again from previous companies this isn't always the case.

      Cons

Parking at some offices isn't always accessible.

Great Recruitment and benefits - but is it enough to accept other issues?

      Pros

Great company benefits such as health care, community/volunteer days, flexible working (to a limit), Friday drinks, push for innovation (Hackathon). Great recruitment and on-boarding process.

      Cons

They don't take care of internal systems, focus seems at times purely on external and clients. Those "above" are not in tune with those on the front line, therefore don't understand the real issues. Can at times be very money driven which does not come across well at all, especially when things are out of your control.

Thanks for the feedback. I’d like to understand more about your perspective on performance management, career progression and reward. These are important elements for which we have focussed key initiatives this year, including a new remuneration model. Power Trips

      Pros

Salaries are competitive and flexible working hours dependent on your role

      Cons

Some Head's of departments are on a crazy power trip. Strong blame culture as the product is below par compared to other providers in the industry but nobody internally is willing to admit that.

      Pros

Cultural diversity, flexible work-from-home (including pre-covid), emphasis on career development and support, exposure to a large variety of technical challenges.

      Cons

UX/UI design seems to be a pretty new concept to the company. Although the company is trying to modernise its tech stacks (with many successes), there is still a lot of legacy - mostly in code but also in a few lingering mindsets.
