      Pros

      You will learn how to do everything yourself.

      Cons

      They expect you to read their minds. They are very misleading about how they present the job and change their expectations after you start your first day. They also expect you to attend training / development every three months and share rooms with your co-workers. There is no work life balance here, unless you're a robot.

      Learn for yourself Back-office team try to bring some fun

      Cons

      Too much manager for few engineers Expats with 30% earn less than a Dutch person Xenophobic company Many Juniors and almost no Seniors, which brings an engineering poverty.
