    I worked at J D Wetherspoon full-time


    You will learn to work with some of the worst people. Develop a lot of patience and also handle pressure!! very good for a start up role.


    Colleagues are unfriendly, managers are rude and so are the customers. No flexibility. People working in the kitchen have no respect for ingredients and are absolutely clueless about cooking. Everything comes cooked and frozen. It just needs to be microwaved. Not worth it, even for the price they are at.
