    Pros

    Supportive management, experienced at working with interns: always helping you achieve your best. Meaningful projects. Great culture.

    Cons

    There's lots of work but it's all worthwhile and helps you develop quickly as a software engineer.

    - still paid for the internship - still ran the programme given the Covid pandemic (online, remote) - reasonably organised throughout - welcoming and friendly team

    Cons

    - mundane work (couldn't work on actual projects since working remotely) - tech isn't the main focus
