I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Results driven. Never short of challenging, interesting problems to solve. Lots of talent. Collaborative environment. Open to innovation. Leadership focused on driving strategic change.

    Cons

The sheer size and complexity of the enterprise results in sizable inertia. Siloed mentality makes consensus difficult.

    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The benefits and pay are adequate, but I really can't say anything else positive about the company or work environment.

    Cons

Dirty work environment, open work space, clueless management, constant changes in reporting structure and tool sets. Little or no collaboration among employees. Coworkers will email or contact you via Lync when they are sitting next to you.

    Cons

Never liked the year end review process, and having to come with ideas to make more money for a multi billion corporation that really doesn't care about the little guy.
