    Enjoyable to work for the majority of the time, with good discounts, flexible shifts and an understanding for the employees needs.

    Cons

    Staff were a mixture of adolescents and older people. The latter had a lack of respect for the younger employees and often were rude to them.

    Good staff, lovely people. Friends for life.

    Shift patterns changing and rota's being left to last minute.

    Pros

    Good retail company to work for. Many supportive colleagues. Interesting work meeting a variety of people every day of the week.

    Cons

    Low in wages and not regular shift times and hard to grow working within big teams. Not sufficient contact with immediate management to voice opinions

    To allow the most junior staff a real chance to meet with you to be able to express their views and concerns on the daily running of each store

    Left to manage instead of being micro managed

    Computer systems slightly old and outdated. Could be streamlined alot to save productivity and efficiency.
