I have been working at J Sainsbury part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

10% discount, not much but when you mostly spend quite a lot of money on food in there, it works out. Flexibility at times, good system of work.

    Cons

For my specific store, management were very clique-y and one particular manager was quite inappropriate, even the other managers knew it, yet nothing was done when quite a few employees had complained.

I have been working at J Sainsbury part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good company benefits.
Lots of opportunities for self development.
    Great support network.
    Fair(ish) bonus scheme.

    Cons

Not paid much more than a colleague which isnt good as a store superivisor does a great deal more work and has a lot more responsibility.
I don't like the fact that we have to do huddles as I get nervous and have a stutter and end up making a fool of myself. But apparently this is tough luck.

    Advice to Management

Pay your workers fairly, but great work on opportunities for self development
