I have been working at J Sainsbury part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Having the opportunity to work more hours by having over time. Holiday allowance is based on how many contract hours you work aswell as the overtime you have done in the financial year

Having to work at a fast pace to get the stock out, as of being short staffed which happens a lot.
