      At first, working here was a great experience the team was strong and supportive. Unfortunately, once new leadership took over, the environment shifted dramatically. Morale declined, communication suffered, and long-term employees who consistently performed well were overlooked in favor of keeping a micromanaging and toxic supervisor. The company promotes being “employee-centered,” but that only seems true if you agree with every decision and never speak up.

      Benefits. Mostly nice people. Everyone is helpful when it comes to training

      Cons

      Raises are awful. Ten cents cannot even buy a gallon of milk at the end of the day. And they protect the higher ups even though that person is awful.

      I was sold on J29s core value that their employees are their top priority until today.

      Cons

      I was shocked and disappointed to learn that a new leader would let go an invaluable, hardworking, dedicated employee because she spoke up about how we do our work. The employee wanted nothing more than to assist that person in getting up to speed with providing her with resources and tools. I was also surprised to learn that no action was taken to prevent this from happening. Not happy to have a bad apple in the apple cart!
