JM Goldson Reviews

Have been working at JM Goldson for 6 months while finishing my masters in urban planning. It's a great team and the projects are varied and interesting, ranging from housing production plans to master plans and community preservation. Great to work on projects that address the widespread housing affordability crisis. I have enjoyed working with a variety of towns and cities of various sizes and Jenn and the team are enthusiastic and very easy to work with. It has been a particularly great learning experience to compliment my degree program and Jenn has been very positive and helpful in balancing my responsibilities and opportunities to learn.

There is a long list of things I absolutely love about working at JM Goldson but I'll just list a few: Employee Empowerment Room to grow into your role Social Events Open communication / Freedom to have a voice Promotes great work - life balance Always provides clear direction Inspiring and motivates the team Even though Jenn is always busy, she is always willing to jump in when her team needs her assistance. That is the characteristic of a great leader. Love the comrade and it just feels like home.
