Pros
Nice office Friendly staff PMO is the best and most honest person ever. A place to self learn through trial and error because the org is not successfull. Zero pressure because 2nd generation owners are spoiled / lazy. They work minimum hours and want to manage through reports when they are ready
Cons
Unfortunately they lie. But they are not very smart, they can't cover it and the truth is always leaked and in a very short time, you know they lied. They dont understand that. It's very sad when you respect someone so much and then you find out he lied to you in the face so dramatically, playing the blame game but this is life
