Owner, Jennifer Moody, is rude, condescending, disrespectful, uses bait and switch tactics during interview and hiring process. Will try to publicly humiliate you by reprimanding and scolding you while candidates are in lobby, instead of having private conversation to gain understanding and clarity. Owner will cut you off mid sentence/ interrupt you when speaking or answering her questions. Bought everyone in the office lunch except for me, I don’t expect lunch to be provided but to offer everyone lunch and not offer it to me, made me feel singled out and excluded. Did not provided adequate training for position, failed to express expectations and job duties. I have never been treated with such disrespect, in a professional environment before. Overall a horrible experience.
