    - I worked full time as a server at Jack's, then became a supervisor and had the opportunity to learn a ton more about the industry and grow my leadership skills - very flexible schedules - The best co-workers

    1. The co-workers are all very nice, we treat each other like family. 2. The tip out, because I'm a chef every Wednesday I get 3% of the tips from the week before.

    Cons

    1. The co-workers, the people you work with can also be the worst part of the job. When your working a stressful shift sometimes people lose their cool, you can't take it personally. 2. It can be extremely busy, on holidays and game days. 3. It can be very physically demanding work, it can be very hot, loud, and stressful, it usually isn't, but it happens often enough that its worth mentioning. 4. Sometimes... you'll have to work long shifts, or be scheduled for a closing and opening shift back to back. Depends a lot on who you work for.
