No Opinion of CEOI worked at Jack Morton full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great clients and talent, generally nice culture to work in
Cons
Location is really not ideal, miles from central London and in an industrial estate which means there's a real lack of social life outside of work.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Jack Morton full-time for less than a year
Pros
Has well known clients and pays good if you are in the creative business.
Cons
An inefficient system, a lot of intermediaries. People that don't do their work properly blame others. The system doesn't appreciate the hard working people, just the ones that are there for the longest. Some people don't deserve their job titles. Full of fake people that will be nice to you only when they need something.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Jack Morton full-time
Pros
The management are generally pretty down-to-earth and the company has a lot of fun events, training, workshops for employees. Everyone is very professional and good at their jobs -- from top to bottom -- and if you're not you don't last long. The office itself is very well-maintained and designed and pleasant to work in.
Cons
It was quite cliquey at times so you had to be the kind of person who is prepared to work your way into the 'favoured' group. Also there was limited career/ salary progression unless you were on the production side. The US office had too much involvement and would come up with initiatives which just don't sit right in the UK. The office location is terrible unless you live in West London. Personally, I had a couple of bad experiences with senior management and was advised to 'not make a fuss' even though I really should have in hindsight.
