      Colleagues within the team are friendly

      Cons

      Horrible management, misleading information about growth plans. Hiring/firing culture & regular job threats directed at specific individuals (irrespective of performance). Lies throughout interview process around achievable targets, flexible working, and training. Toxic male leadership cult culture

      Pros

      Great team of dedicated company builders, driven by a shared goal with lots of diversity in experience and background. Great product in great delivery locations with top enterprise brands regularly saying it's the best they've ever seen. Incredible combination of real estate, consumer and technology. Loads of smart people across the business in different verticals Smart Sales Team who are high in integrity and passion for the product and the sell.

      Cons

      We set ourselves high standards in performance and this doesn't always suit everybody. This is a new(ish) industry and a new product. The playbook for success hasn't yet been written so mistakes along the way are inevitable. If you're not ok with that then join Coca Cola. If you're looking for a role where your responsibilities on day 1 are spelled out for you for the next 12 months then look elsewhere. This is a business where we think on our feet and adapt. If you don't like dogs at your feet, this might not be for you. We're dog friendly!
