      A solid company that corrected its path

      Pros

      * Not a lot of egotistical developers or overzealous management * Open office where it is easy for engineering and other departments to communicate * While they had a bunch of turnover in the past, they seemed to find their North star and no longer a company of layoffs * CEO impacts the company in very positive ways * Seems like a healthy work/life balance

      Cons

      While the new location in the Pearl is nice, it isn't as convenient to public transportation. Not a big deal, just not as convenient as the old location.

      The people are smart and fun to work with. Tech debt is something constantly being worked off, and new debt is avoided as best as possible.

      Cons

      No 401k match, new office location is not ideal
