    Pros

    Lots of great coworkers at all levels - generally attempting to do the "right thing"

    Cons

    Former US GM did not seem to really understand the challenges facing the company & therefore the direction of the company was not clear or in line with what was needed to meet these challenges.

    Pros

    Benefits are top notch with opportunties for advancement.. Salary is exceptional. JTI has a vision to grow into the world's 2nd largest Tobacco Company and continues to expand into add'l states in the USA.

    Cons

    Communications from the office to the field sales force is not always the best, however they have taken notice to this and are making a good initiative to rectify this.

    Know the agenda and what to do, day ends at 5 or little thereafter

    Cons

    Small company, lacks training and development programs . Not everyone on same page. Creating issue for employee.

    Did not like selling a third tier brand product to retail but that's their leading brand in the US

    Pros

    Salary & benefit are much better than other FMCG.

    Cons

    Not much progression in terms of skill. Result/performances of individual basically are based on teamwork. Can't show individual ability but to follow the herd.
