I worked at Japan Tobacco International for less than a year

    Pros

    - Healthy working atmosphere with really professional and competent workers that would always give necessary feedback or advice - JTI gives a lot of opportunities to develop yourself and learn something new and for me, as an intern, it was a very lucrative and useful experience - Takes the quality of their product very seriously and cares about people's work conditions deeply

    Cons

It was a brand-new programme that is why my internship lasted only for 2 weeks, i wish it was a bit longer. However it does not affect my overall opinion about the company.
