I worked at Japan Tobacco International part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great working atmosphere. Pleasant people. Comfortable working conditions. Minimal daily routine.

I worked at Japan Tobacco International for less than a year

    Pros

I am very thankful to JTI for a chance to work in a multinational corporation at such a young age. This internship program helped me to decide on my career path giving me complex description of different departments. I have gained huge experience. As a 19 year old, now I have an advantage over my peers considering my experience in recruitment process and work in the multinational corporation.

    Cons

The distribution of work between trainees can be really different, however, the choice of work is on you.
