    Pros

    Flying hours per year are fairly low. Lots of time off in the winter. Excellent training provided. Good comparable salary to other airlines.

    Cons

    Biggest issue is no staff travel....and roster stability. However roster issues are to be expected with a massively growing business though. Staff travel really should be explored as a retention tool.

    Advice to Management

    Look after your staff and they will look after the company...

    Pros

    There is a real passion and enthusiasm for the business, people are very customer focused and they want the business to be truly successful and one of which they can be proud.

    Cons

    Members of the senior Executive, The CEO and the owner are seen as erratic, fearful, intimidating and aggressive in varying degrees. They do not focus on people development and see it as a hindrance to the operation rather than a black and white financial benefit. There is also a gender divide with no female Directors in position. Get with the times Jet2 and you will truly be a force to be reckoned with.

    Treat staff like crap. Treat customers great but forget there own staff

    get rid of all tl's. bring back live chat. help disabled workers find other roles intead of forcing them to resign.

    Pros

    Amazing dedication to the customer.Management are very easy to work with and do not add to the stress. Working from home option ideal for some. Agreeable salary

    Cons

    Stressful. Understaffed constantly
    Promise improvements but never deliver.
    Little options for increasing education or development especially for those at home staff

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to staff. Improve internal communication between departments as it is low standard.

    I do not see any positives here

    Cons

    The management could not care less and see staff as cattle much like their customers. I went through 6 different managers whilst I was there. The work equipment is sub standard. Some of the people I had to work with must have blagged the interview to get the job.

    Advice to Management

    Retire.
