    Good pay, good commission and a chance to travel.

    Cons

    Management have favourites , not Fair. Don’t always recognise the good you do for the company and can also be little you. Your on a fix term contract not guaranteed a permanent.

    Pros

    great team and people, great company, fun environment, especially if you're interested in aviation, relatively easy paths to progress if ambitious

    Cons

    you have to work with a LOT of people, which can be difficult, being kept on permanently depends on attendance and not work ethic, difficult and long referencing process to get airport pass, drama with supervisors and other colleagues can be a bit tedious

    Advice to Management

    changing the process of choosing who gets a permanent contract after the end of their first season would make a real difference

    Poor management social skills non existent, top management Meeson and co install Climate of fear which cascades down the management line to workers at the bottom.

    Advice to Management

    Bullying culture that permeates throughout . If your face don’t fit then your life will be made hell. Anyone with any intelligence will be rail roaded so my advise is simple. Work for a decent employer where skill sets are fostered and promoted . If you are a bad mannered , loud person you will do well with management and be part of the clique! Otherwise working safe and sound is a joke where serious irregularities... happen .

    I guess you get paid on time

    Cons

    Very micromanaged. No chance of progression and no salary progression other than a usually annual 3%. Managers have locked out top positions on good money and won't be moving any time soon.
