I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Their ethics for employees are good. Even though this is a business they offer a lot of things to their employees at all levels.

    Cons

The pay for frontline employees is pretty low. Comparable to other airlines but low in general if you are not starting right after finishing high school or college.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do, but also good at what they do. There is a lot of fun to be had, and people care enough to help each other out, so the enormous work load never seems unmanageable. There is also wonderful transparency from leadership about nearly every aspect of the business.

    Cons

You can make more money in other industries.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

travel benifits, flexible scheduling, different skill sets to learn. 401k and stocks, discounts, overall good company to work for

    Cons

pay, would recommend a second job if possible, also on days of irregular operations, can be hard to take a break and deal with fussy customers. Also PTO can be challenging to get sometimes.
