Really difficult onboarding. No communication or management among teams. Too many meetings, they just want you to show up to useless meetings so they could put no effort into management Rude HR and top management, they don't care about you, they just want you to work all day, or else they'll keep reminding you how much they are paying you and count your tasks. They'll always be super-busy when you have to talk to them And when you are about to leave, they'll humiliate you on call, say that you've broken their trust and you have done nothing during your time, make you feel bad, and won't pay you your salary
