Pros

I enjoyed my time and the pace of change and development was incredible. What I enjoyed a lot was the opportunity to participate in a wide range of projects involving Board Level stakeholders and that, combined with gaining an excellent hands-on experience of programmatic really helped develop my career. I was regularly overachieving on quotas as well which was handy from an earning perspective

Cons

It is fast-paced and you are expected to be very hands on and learn quickly so this isn't the sort of company that you can just coast along at as you will very quickly be found out! Because there is so much to learn the onboarding process can feel a bit overwhelming so you need to hang on in there as you will get support but you have to commit to the learning

Pros

There are no pro's to working at thus business

Cons

- Lack of communication - Cliquey environment where if you are in the clique you will get pay rises and development if you are not then you will definitely not let alone be listened to - Terrible CEO lacks any kind of vision and is entirely in it for himself - No development - Serious communication problem (whoever shouts the loudest wins) - Panic at the slightest inconvenience and then asked to attend 5 meetings to discuss how this has happened (huge time wasters) - A conmpany that cares nothing for their staff and only for the clique and senior staff - Staff who are not in the clique get no recognition and recognition is taken by soeine within that clique who has nothing to do with the work involved
