    Pros

    Great shift pattern (6AM-2PM), friendly management and staff, onsite staff cafeteria/break room which hold activities on Halloween and Christmas.

    Cons

    Physically demanding although I didn't mind it it can put others off.

    Pros

    Good place to work, with great colleagues! JL is one of the best places to be working in retail, especially at Christmas. Progression is good, especially at Head Office.

    Cons

    Lower than average pay, but made up for with the Partner benefits. Management can be tough, but that is to create the high standards.

    As a partnership, you really do a get sense that this is your business. You have more say and you want to put into it more.

    Cons

    Retail as a whole is not doing as a whole. This is evident at the moment and the best of times.

    Great pay for student great holiday allowance managers very helpful will time off allowances great discount for yourself and someone else living at the same address as you

    Greater expectation than other retailers Not much on the job training, expected to go find out the information yourself or ask another member of staff Younger staff sometimes can get picked on by more experienced staff e.g. telling them to do things
