I worked at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work life balance is okay. Pay is average

    Cons

Vision Care is the worst division you can work for. I joined the company as Senior Supplier Quality Engineer in 2018. Working here was one of my most horrible experiences in life. Many employees at this site have quit because of poor management and pay, especially the Director of Quality. I recommend stay away. There was a SQE before me also who left.

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent salary, stability, pretty good canteen and friendly coworkers. In general, it is a right place to work for people who lack ambitions and need for improvement of their technical skills.

    Cons

The position even if it's called Automation Engineer has nothing to do with automation, and it's more related to validation. Poor management.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Benefits, facilities, products and people.

    Cons

Hiden politics. Your success is based on who you know and keeping your nose almost virgin. They are known to force people out for a variety of reasons and blame it on performance. Still top heavy. Very poor management at all levels. There have been some very bad people that have and still work here (ask around). Do not ever trust HR.
