        Lovely bunch of people at regional level, although the cut backs are causing pressure on all that are left.

        Cons

        Higher management have no idea on how region's vary In terms of management

        One size does not fit all. The changes you have made, have severed each region.

        They still produce papers and hire journalists.

        - some good sales agents -

        Cons

        - Not paid correctly multiple times with no urgency to fix this leaving me to chase up multiple times. - talked down to by managers most days - No trust in sales agents to do there jobs - very inconsistent management different rules for different teams. - unrealistic targets - try to force you to sell their way instead a way that suits the individual

        - Spend less time try to patronising your agents and treat them like adults.

        Good progression for those that put the work in. Those that work hard a rewarded with a decent monthly bonus Incentives and rewards for a job done well Great support and training throughout your career Great office atmosphere - work hard - play hard ethos Great people

        You can meet some great people

        Cons

        Management are shortsighted money grabbers, who change objectives and targets on a whim. Targets are set on the need to pay off their debt and not realistic. Major bullying problem which trickles down the management. Poor data quality for staff who have to rely on non-GDPR methods of cold calling.
