RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Jonathan Lee Recruitment for less than a year
Pros
They contracted me out with a great company to work in something I'm specialized. I will always be very grateful to them.
Cons
None I can think of. They are lovely: Sarah, Kat, Lyndsey.

Good opportunities in automotive industry

More regular catch-up and pay reviews with the candidates would be better

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Jonathan Lee Recruitment full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good CRM system and the building is quite nice.
Cons
Senior management is extremely poor and goes against company structure when it suits. The company is filled with backstabbing and internal politics, that creates a very unpleasant working atmosphere. The consultants sit on heritage clients and do no active business development themselves with a very counterintuitive working environment. The teams within the company are all against each other, with often teams having roles and clients that belong elsewhere in the business yet management turns a blind eye when it suits.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Jonathan Lee Recruitment full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Can get a higher basic than most other companies
Cons
Will be offered no training or support. Had no prior experience in that industry and they literally sat me in the corner of a room and told to just call new clients from google and work on roles given to me from consultants who didn’t want to work on the roles they couldn’t fill. A lot of experience is around and no one is helpful. You have two offices that don’t communicate and that reflects. The commission structure is worked out ( Eg : £24,000, then divide by 12, (£2000) and then times by 3 (£6000) and then 10% of anything over, confusing? Yes, consultants always were. Would recommend Joinging if you know industry well and can crack on. You will be left to rot and then be judged on results, but how can you achieve them if you’re offered no help? CEO is bothered only about numbers and has no understanding about individuals and as expected he doesn’t spend time with his own staff, but will happily jet off to Dubai once a month.
