Pros
Friendly co-workers, great customers! Despite all the challenges, the employees try to keep an upbeat and positive surrounding.
Cons
Lazy managers, shady business practices. Upper management does not have control of this place. Everyone just threatens your job or your money if any mistakes are made, but the managers themselves do all kinds of shady things to cover up their mistakes. Leadership by fear is used here instead of leading by example. We literally have managers who sit down and do nothing all day. They don't even work a full 40 hour week. But nothing happens to them at all.
