I worked at Jubilant HollisterStier full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers are amazing people. Pay is good for Spokane, but not competitive for the industry.

    Cons

Many terrible managers. Culture of fear for low level employees due to mismanagement and incentivized finger-pointing. Discriminatory and illegal employment practices. Overwork and mandatory overtime.

    Advice to Management

Value the workforce that allows you to work there by promoting diversity, inclusion, and career building opportunities. Currently there are none.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Jubilant HollisterStier full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Horrible company, treat employees like robots.

    Cons

Unsafe working conditions, particulates in the air in the workplace, bathrooms overflow, human waste was on the floor. Extremely unsafe grounds during winter months, ice on stairs and ice on parking lots. Interior air quality is poor, contaminants from the allergen products circulate in the workplace air systems.

    Advice to Management

Sell this company to an American Pharma Company so the employees can be treated like valued workers vs. insignificant cogs in your Jubilant wheel.

I have been working at Jubilant HollisterStier full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work Life Balance is better in some roles than others - it is getting better across the organization. The benefits are a Cadillac package compared to other companies I have worked for.

    Cons

Highly regulated industry requires a lot of patience and perseverance.

    Advice to Management

Continue to correct the mistakes made in prior years to make JHS an even better place to work for new and current employees.
