      Pros

      Very relaxed working environment Some friendly staff employees Is Monday - Friday with Bank holidays off.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and doesn't know how to run the office. No human resources management which gives Mangement an unethical position. they do not know how to set guidelines for company procedures.

      Pros

      Good working hours, standard 21K for CS role and possibilities of moving up the ladder.

      Cons

      Software is a joke. Becomes soul crushing once you realize the amount of payments you process and the way "distributors" sell these products which are a massive con. Had to advise a customer with diabetes to stop taking the chewables (as they are pure glucose!!!)

      They always ask for people's mood and their feedback (but they don't listen) Benefits are acceptable

      Cons

      It was a great company until the top management changed. The paucity of senior management is something of disconcerting, especially in EMEA. It is run in a dictatorial way by 2-3 people and if you are not in their favor, you are banned and not taken into consideration. HR wants to have total control of all employees and those who manage it believe they are omnipotent. No sense promotions (only for some prodigal son) It is now full of arrogant and know-it-all people and slowly the company is sinking.
