The people are great and work hard and have a real passion for music
Cons
The boss is self-entered with sociopathic tendencies, and micromanages experienced staff, showing lack of trust in people who help him live his lavish lifestyle. Also completely inconsiderate of staff's personal problems or development -- just on his own. Gets away with paying less than standard PR rate due to the industry being one that is fun to work in.
