      Pros

      * Great team of people * Enabling opportunities to do real work (not intern "busy work") * Option to choose your own projects within certain parameters

      Cons

      For a three-month internship, did not note any cons… work/life balance is one issue, but it's up to the individual. I worked eight or nine hour days, but knew another intern on my team that worked 10-11 hour days by choice.

      limited learning opportunities : if you're not in a good group Bad work life balance not friendly environment
