      Pros

Fast-paced growth, opportunities to have a meaningful impact from day 1, lots of collaboration and support from colleagues around the business, generally exciting business environment with very interesting future prospects

      Cons

Onboarding process could be a bit more structured and supported with clearer process documentation and more support from IT colleagues; given pace of expansion, new colleagues should be protected a bit more during induction period

      Pros

Fast-paced, dynamic and plenty of empowement to make decisions and be autonomous. It is a friendly place to work with really talented people. The business has been so supportive of all of its employees throughout covid, really putting us first. It feels like Just Eat is really industry-leading in its commitment to wellbeing and diversity. There is always loads of comms from management and sharing successes from the teams around the globe. The business is exanding rapidly so there are always really interesting projects to grab hold of. It's also been amazing to see Just Eat giving back through it's charitable work and financial support packages to restaurants through a very challenging time for them. Also great to see the sustainability drive - it's amazing to know we work for a responsible employer!

      Cons

There is so much work available and always opportunities for extra projects etc so people can take on lots of extra work which means things can become quite demanding. The business is changing constantly which might not be good for some people who like things to be more linear.

      Lots of opportunities

      Pros

It's in an environment which allows you to get stuck in, put your hands up, try new things and develop as a result. The people are also friendly and the offices are nice.

      Cons

It's fast paced, got to be ready to roll with it as things constantly change. In order to develop, you need to know what you want and go for it and put your hands up for things - which is a good/bad thing depending on your perspective to development. If you require more guidance, you may have to find that yourself.

Stressful, overworked and unsociable finance team

      Pros

      Good learning experience, fast paced

      Cons

Unfortunately the finance team is a real let down - very cliquey. They aren't great at welcoming new joiners. The culture is odd and pretentious, too hierarchical. Great if you want to be worked to the bone which seems to be the norm. Being micromanaged is the norm. It's not a fun or laid back place to work. It's very intense, emotions are running high and people are rude which is unnecessary. Proper procedures aren't followed when it comes to all processes, they still have a lot to learn. Flexibility for mums is impossible unless you want to be labelled as a "part-timer" and continuously clockwatched which just adds to the stress
