      Pros

Amazing people, good compensation, flexible working policy, very supportive throughout the pandemic (the fact that they didn't furlough anyone is a testament to how supportive the culture is)

      Cons

Lots of change happening all the time sometimes it is hard to follow Some areas of the business have established career paths but some others unfortunately are overlooked

      Pros

Working at Just Eat has taken me on a career journey, from shift support in Borehamwood to senior technician for the End User Computing function in London. I have met some amazing people along the way and I feel this is only the beginning for Just Eat. The office location in London is fantastic and ability for flexible working is great!

      Cons

I don't have any cons for working at Just Eat! The future is looking bright.

      Pros

      - a wonderful organisation with everyone trying to do the best work they can - relaxed and no blame culture - little in the way of hierarchy - high level of trust and autonomy - a great brand and presence in the market, doing the right thing for customers - good pay and benefits - excellent on flexible working - fun work - vibrant offices and 'can-do' attitudes, everyone is super helpful and willing to contribute outside of their day to day job - talented people seem to be rewarded quickly

      Cons

      - can be a little too chaotic/fast-paced if not used to such environments - sometimes lacking in direction/strategy

      Pros

Flexible work if your are lucky enough to get it.

      Cons

Waiting all day for work session, then eventually if your lucky enough to get a session, of 2 hours you might if your lucky enough get 3 orders, continually request you extend run but don't give any orders , then eventually 2 last thing at night. Issue is there are a lot more drivers, a few fixed on low pay per delivery, then when its busy they call in the ones on stand by, no way regularly payments per day so cant tell what you will earn one week to next. Promised additional payments every time you have to wait at restaurant for food but not given in next weeks pay.
