    Pros

    Fun culture, really nice people, flexibility and great food

    Cons

    Constant change of strategy and very little communication. Management gives you a goal to attain but absolutely no guidance on how to do it. Favouritism all around - easy to see who get special treatment. Management is so focused on growth that they have forgotten who works on the front line, on the ground and have helped built this business - listen when we say we're drowning. High turnover in the tech and sales team as people are worked to exhaustion. Foundations to scale have not been built solid enough

We take all employee feedback very seriously, and have gone to great effort to create an open and transparent working environment where employees are able to provide feedback themselves on life at JustPark; either through sessions with their line manager or systems such as our anonymous internal Employee NPS tool. If you ever have any concerns or feedback about the organisation, we'd always urge you to speak to your line manager, to have a chat with a member of the Executive team, or failing that, speak to the People Team. Keeping an open dialogue is incredibly important for us, particularly as we grow.     Challenging work, Friendly people, Amazing chef

    Cons

    Little time given to passion projects/projects that the company wants but doesn't value Employees general aren't looked after Its often a stressful work environment with little help Definite favouritism within management which is easy to see Unfair benefits given to those who are favoured unlimited holiday and working from home is only true to those who are favoured

    I have been working at JustPark full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The company values are the genuine heart of the business - they're embedded into everything we do. As a HR professional, it's really exciting to have buy in from the whole team. Everyone is very open to trying something new. Challenge is welcome and you're encouraged to think differently. There are some super talented people to learn from, both in my own team and across the other departments. I've learnt a huge amount in a very short space of time.

    Cons

    We're growing quickly, both commercially and as a team. That means there are growing pains as we understand how to better scale the business. Some processes and tooling haven't quite kept up but it's being actively worked on. You need to be open to change to enjoy working here - everything moves at pace! But for people who are there are huge opportunities to help shape the business. You get out what you put in - that means a lot of hard work, and some very stretching targets but for those who are looking to achieve, it's a great place to be.

    Great bunch of people, everyone is really friendly. They make free lunches everyday which are amazing! The company is growing, so great opportunity to work with a company which is quicly becoming the market leader.

    Pros

    Working at JustPark is great. A huge pro is the opportunity to work on several big projects with trust and autonomy, alongside with multiple teams / remits. Plus the lunches are just amazing. Looking forward to the future.

    Cons

    Some may not like the non-structured 'career path', but JustPark is not intending to be a corporate, this should be seen as a positive. You can shape your own pathway.

    I have been working at JustPark full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A lovely place to work. JustPark is a collaborative, positive and diverse workplace, with vast opportunities for personal and professional growth. A huge emphasis is placed on hiring the right people for the team, meaning each department is very talented, dedicated, inquisitive and open to new ideas. There is a thriving social life at JustPark - it is easy to see that people here are genuinely friends. The management team are both entrepreneurial and experienced, whilst at the same time very approachable and are making very exciting progress that is leading the company towards impressive growth. The daily lunches are not only absolutely delicious (and healthy), but create a family environment that encourages people to get to know each other; undoubtedly one of the best perks. JustPark also takes all its employees on a yearly retreat, and quarterly away days, making sure that there are ample opportunities for new employees to get to know older ones! If you are looking to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees, where you will be given responsibility and opportunities to grow, whilst working with some lovely people, then JustPark is your place.

    Cons

    I struggle to think of any negative aspects of my work-life here at JustPark. The nature of a fast-paced startup can mean that things change quickly, so the ability to deal with ambiguity would definitely help any potential candidates.
