Pros
For being in such a small town the pay is excellent. The company is an excellent supporter in the community. Upper management takes time out of their day to stop and say hello when they see you. They give a Christmas bonus every year based on how the company did.
Cons
The benefit package for our department is different from other departments and it's one of the worst I've ever had. Also being in such a small town the opportunity for advancement is few and far between. If you have a job at KAMO most are not very willing to give it up so therefore not many job opportunities become available.
