There are hardworking employees and you will gain a lot of experience to move to a bigger market.
Cons
The most unprofessional work environment I've ever encountered. There were screaming matches in the newsroom and one of the managers made crude and sometimes sexist remarks on a regular basis. It is a stressful place to work with poor compensation. The worst part of the station was the management. To summarize: Unorganized, unprofessional, and uncaring.
