Pros
You have access to publish and produce audio for a large media market. Many of the staff are former interns who try to help out with advice.
Cons
The management from top down is chaotic at best. You have to fight for yourself if you want to get opportunities beyond data entry and furniture moving. Once you leave, you're pretty much forgotten. DEI efforts shaky at best.
