      Some of the engineering staff are standup individuals that know how to communicate and treat others fairly.

      Cons

      -High turnover. -Low compensation. -Chaotic and unclear management expectations, direction, communication, and feedback. -Difficult to navigate: Having a desire to progress was viewed as not being grateful for the work they provide. Staying quiet and focusing on the work they provide meant you aren't a "go-getter."
