Unlimited opportunity to move up. It was great that a promotion was guaranteed to you as long as you worked to meet the standards. I learned a lot of good communication skills during my time at KT, and have already seen a payoff from what I learned in other professional avenues.

This is a company where, if you're willing to work hard, you will see that hard work come to fruition. There is a base pay that is not super high, but the opportunity for bonuses on top of that is very high--once again if you are willing to work for it. As someone who has a pretty lengthy background in marketing, I can say from experience that landing in a company where the opportunity to grow is so high and is not commission-based is a rarity.
