Pay is reasonable for location. Good ability to save money. Nice invremental raise every year. Standard holidays.
Cons
Fairly poor student ability. Staff turnover. Very bad management. Stressful and toxic environment at times. School is located in a suburb of Shanghai, very little to do if you are a single expat- means lots of weekend trips to Shanghai.
