I have been working at Kantar Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice office, new refurb. Some people are nice

    Cons

Company has silos with people not all working to the same end. Top down management, people scared to question them. Lots of good people leaving as there is no space for decision making and independent thinking. Only the yes people survive. The reorganisation is a complete disaster

    Cons

Would benefit from being closer to London. Some autonomy at senior level but not enough. Not nimble enough when changes need to be made.
