The company is developing truly differentiated tech that will make a real difference for our customers. We're talking about cutting literal days from the time it takes to get nurses and clinicians to the bedside, not to mention putting employees across industries on the job sooner. Best of all, this isn't some expensive premium service or add-on integration. On the culture and benefits side, pretty generous medical insurance/coverage for a startup at this size. Honestly better that several enterprise companies I've worked for. And the unlimited PTO is not lip service. Most importantly to me, I had a personal situation come up and my boss said "take the time you need." And she really meant it. I've seen the opposite, and I can't put a price on understanding management and culture.

The entire company has been through a lot of growth, change, and realignment. This is especially true of the marketing team. But things have really turned around in the last few months. We have new leadership, a new org structure, and a couple of key new hires. Overall, the team is functioning at an extremely high level, and I’m proud to be part of it. We’re hitting our goals, and the culture is positive and collaborative. It’s a very productive and enjoyable work environment.
