      Kaspon is a place where we can learn many things right from the base. There is no space for partiality in Kaspon. It's a pool of talents in every stream. Relationship between management and employees stays well.

      Pros

      for fresher's it is very good place to work but the management hold a part of salary and gives after 2nd year completion and it may be delay for 6 months also. For experience people there is no good salary, here fresher's & experience both are getting same salary, some time fresher getting more salary than experience people.

      Cons

      In client side employees there is no tracking of work.

      Lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Single person organisation. If CEO is accident then all employees go home. No one is given power to take decisions. CEO keeps everyone as puppets. The only reason for not growth in company is CEO. Very old trend mind for CEO
