I was involved in finance and got wonderful experience and exposure to the financial workings within the law industry. I also had a very good CFO for the last two years there.

The highest up individuals kept a blind eye to what was inevitable for personal gain, they also hired an inept COO that did not assist in sound financial responsibility and managed down awfully.

Pros
The space for the New York office is beautiful.
Cons
The culture needs work. There were not a lot of social events for attorneys and staff together. Attorneys have wine Fridays in the beautiful NY cafe. The staff is not allowed to participate. Many attorneys kept their doors closed which is not very inviting.
