Egotistical, petty, and racist owner. Production does not follow any semblance of a design process, art and design elements dictated completely by sales and not by anyone with a background in art or design. Means they're continuously 5-10 years behind trend and no consideration is given for working time of some of the materials they ask you to use. Massive safety concerns in the shop, especially surrounding toxic fumes from materials and welding. No room for promotion or career advancement. Underpaid, no bonuses, no structure to conduct employee reviews on any set basis, I had to repeatedly bother management for feedback and a raise after I had worked there over a year.

Absolutely a nightmare from the management and owner. Chaotic workflow, lack of planning, stale design, and toxic ego have created a seriously out of whack work/life balance. Blind deference for the owner is crippling this could-be-creative company.
