    Cons

    A lot of hierarchy and politics, toxic environment, not inclusive and diverse as advertised.

    Pros

    Constant change will keep you challenged and engaged if you are adaptable. Working with great people that genuinely care for each other. Good salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Think they are best in class in many areas, but in reality they are 5-10yrs behind industry best practices. Constantly changing strategies and priorities to save the declining cereal business causing constant restructuring and cost cutting. When implementing change, new corporate programs, structures or processes, they do not put time or effort into embedding them before moving onto the next thing. This results in poor implementation and adoption and frequently failed change.
