I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time

    Pros

Inclusive, great multinational experience. Flexible work , super brands that make your get to work everyday.

    Cons

Depends too much on other regions for decision making. Company is too big and have to wait for decision making.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the communication, i love it how all employees are always being informed of where we´re going and how we´re going to do it.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company car
    Fuel card
    Company credit card
Flexible working apart from xmas time

    Cons

When I started job I didn’t know what it entailed, didn’t know till is met up with my new buddy.

Training is very sink or swim like

Useless hr based in Bulgaria and have no clue about what’s going on, cannot provide a simple email response.Very fluid with competitions, take too long to decide on winners and by the time is done its forgotten about.
Senior manager has favourites, people who have verbally committed to Manchester have extra benefits, extra tickets to premiers ie someone lived in Scotland, found out was was invited to a conference in London we live in London, where was our invite?! I found out through linked in.
Higher tax bracket for co car.
New targets not communicated till first 3-4 weeks of the month starting.
No discounts off cereal unless your in head office.
    11am-7pm during December
Targets don’t reflect the pay and yearly bonus.
80k target per quarter approx targets forecasted on previous year so all targets for each person staggered.

Top field sales in figures may not win top field sales overall, you must explain why you deserve to be field sales exec of the quarter so actually if your in top 5 and u came fifth you may actually win.. stupid?! Especially since top rep was our 200% of target.
MUST move to Manchester to progress, no exceptions or excuses.

    Advice to Management

You recently got rid of a manager who was doing very well, you don’t understand the concept of ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’
That manager brought region from bottom too top and your excuse was ?... Sorry you didn’t tell us what it was ,
You claim to be innovators, however your field managers are not ready for change, new ideas are passed off saying “we normally do it this way and that way” or ‘’ we have always Done it this way,
If the dinosaurs can’t do it then get some fresh blood in!

We should have a commission every quarter for overachieving on our targets, not crappy vouchers actual bonus like coke.
Employee discounts on cereals for field staff, we have 0 employee relevant discount in the field.

Make it Not mandatory to move to Manchester for promotions, I know you have one person who is an exception but just one ..

    Pros

Good place to work, well organised, if you work for kelloggs your very well looked after. Long term employment, class leading benefits.

    Cons

Ok so where do I start, many agency staff on no where near as much as full time staff along with poor benefits. Kelloggs gets away with not employing staff after several years working as a temp by laying staff off then taking them back on. Some staff only offered self employed contracts so they get absolutely no benefits yet are on far less money then full time Kellogg staff.
It's awkward working hand in hand with temp staff who are on far less money and never take holidays etc as they loose pay . Considering the company takes the gender pay gap seriously yet every day many staff have disparities in pay and terms.
A lot of nepotism as regards recruitment. Little fresh blood due to positions being filled with internal staff.
